They set the parameters and scale for the project in the beginning and let us produce something elegant and functional. After seeing our ability for design and aesthetics the homeowners added a few elements before completion. This was a project that could have easily spun out of control, but with constant updating of change orders for additions, this project stayed on budget and in check.
