Design, Installation and Project Management by Bill Vander Pol This was an amazing new construction installation in Eagle, Idaho.I had the privilege to install and manage everything that touched the outside of the home and property line.We started with Boise River rock and sand importing hundreds of yards of topsoil and road mix to gain the elevations that soon made up spaces of strategically placed stucco retaining walls and fluid patios, enhancing the uniquely beautiful architecture of the home that was designed by the homeowner and Architect Julia Davis. It was topped with a simplistic planting pallet that would maintain a feel for the natural as well as architectural style.
Front Entry.... swirl finish colored concrete with San Francisco Cobble paver accents.
Backyard Patio View.... Three Rivers flagstone accents and Coolaroo shade sail.
Water Feature....natural boulder falls
Sport Pool.....20'x 30' pearl blue quartz bottom with oatmeal buff concrete deck and automatic cover.
Cook Island....Viking BBQ with Viking storage doors. Cultured stone accents and granite counter top.
Pergola....rough sawn fir with pigmented stain.
Fire Pit....raised accents with cultured stone and granite counter top.
